Urban Adeliade is a Licensed Real Estate Company, building approved NDIS Specialty Disability Accommodation (SDA). A local builder based in South Australia, and we have built many SDA Homes that have been approved as SDA Homes for the NDIS. We strive to provide a complete construction service for SDA housing for the NDIS.
We offer a variety of SDA services dependent on your requirements. Some of these services are:
- SDA Housing design only on your land
- SDA design and build on your land
- Package building of your SDA home on land we have access to through preferred property developers (including design)

SDA INVESTOR
Investing in an SDA house is a solid housing investment with returns of up to 20% or more, for up to 20 years (T.A.C.'s). SDA homes are generally leased to the Participant through their Service Provider. Once the SDA home is completed and certified for the NDIS, a 20 year approval for the house is granted. With continued tenancy subject to availability, this giving you peace of mind for your investment.
