SDA Investor Opportunities

Investing in an SDA home is a solid housing investment, with returns of up to 20% or more for up to 20 years (T&Cs apply). SDA homes are generally leased to the participant through their service provider, and once completed and certified for the NDIS, a 20-year approval is granted for the property — giving you peace of mind for your investment, with continued tenancy subject to availability.
